a few of my favorite baby things

i love reading posts about other mama’s favorite baby things…here are a few of mine so far :)

-sustainable babyish diapers (pictured are the organic bamboo fitteds, but i linked to the snapless multies because they’re my fave.) i cover them with wool covers/underwoolies. lucy has NEVER had a blowout with the snapless multis! if you like sloomb’s facebook page, or sign up for emails, you can save with coupon codes. i didn’t want to scrimp on diapers since we’ll use them for all our babes! plus we’re still saving money as opposed to 100% disposables. (ps-we do use disposables for night and when we travel! for future babes i’ll use disposables for the first 2-3 months. cd’ing a newborn was too much for me.)

-soft onsies and t-shirts (organic baby clothes are so soft, but really pricey! i splurged on the organic onsies/tees since they’re her first layer and they’re a wardrobe staple. gerber has nice organic onsies up to the 3-6 month size but they run really small.)

-aden & anais bamboo swaddles (lucy escaped from them no matter how tight i wrapped her, so i didn’t actually use them for night-time swaddling…but i love them for being so soft and beautiful! my favorite blankets by far!)

-baby legs

-miracle blanket…aka baby strait jacket :) swaddled her at night up to 3 months old. i’d recommend two of these!

-vibrating baby chair for when i’m not wearing her.

other things i love…

medela pump in style (i use dr brown’s glass bottles) and i LOOOVE this hands-free thing

petunia pickle bottom diaper bag (thanks tara for letting me borrow yours!)

aden & anais sleep bags (lucy has this one for the colder months)

raga babes wipes, in this wipe warmer, with california baby diaper area wash (cloth wipes are EASY…trust me, i’m lazy. i’ve heard they save you around $800 per kid!)

CJ’s butter (our diaper creme/all-over moisturizer) and this wonderful-smelling, organic shea butter lotion which you can find at target

FYI: I routinely stop here and make Jeremy ooh and aah over Lucy with me. While the act of looking is coerced, the oohs and aahs are not. We are duly impressed by your beautiful, squeezy baby. Love this munchkin!
